The Central Preceptorship team offers all students working at Klinikum Landkreis Erding personalised practical instructions for the duration of their training based on their respective training levels.

Central Preceptorship consists of independent practical instructions that serve as a link between the areas of clinical practice and the vocational schools.

The team provides vocational students with expert assistance and support in their practice and also acts as a point of contact for staff members, especially the practical instructor on the wards. Continuous contact and exchange with the vocational schools and the wards is an important part of the team’s daily responsibilities.

The Central Preceptorship team also supports new staff members in familiarising themselves with their fields of activity in the respective wards after they have completed their training.
